A.M.L. in Antwerp is looking for an enthusiastic pre-analytical employee for the sample reception department.
Sonic Healthcare Benelux is a clinical laboratory belonging to one of the largest laboratory groups in Belgium, with laboratories in Ardooie, Antwerp and Genk.
In Antwerp, we process about 6,000 samples of human and veterinary origin every day. Together with some 350 colleagues, we work to deliver reliable and high-quality results for humans and animals. "We take it personally" is therefore our lab group's slogan.

Job description
As an administrative assistant, you are expected to join the sample distribution in the pre-analytical department. Here, you will be responsible for transporting samples between work tables. You will also process incoming samples: unpacking and labelling various samples along with various administrative tasks.

Profile
- You have a strong character and are characterised by your consistent, stress-resistant attitude.
- You are accurate in your (administrative) work.
- You are a real team player.
- You have a very good knowledge of Dutch.
- You have a good knowledge of French (mainly reading tasks).
- You have an ASO diploma 3rd grade or equivalent through experience.
- Relevant experience is a plus but not required.

- You get a full-time contract of 38 hours/week. This contract includes a 6-month evaluation period.
- You will work a late shift from 2pm to 10pm.
- You will work Saturday shift from 1.30pm to 5.30pm in rotation.
- You will receive an attractive salary and additional bonuses for evening shifts and weekend work.
