Your results
Laboratory test results are primarily made available to the doctor who requested the tests. The results can only be interpreted correctly in conjunction with other medical information that is available only to the doctor who requested the tests.
As a laboratory, we will only provide a copy of the results to the patient if this has been explicitly requested by the doctor who requested the tests.
Partly due to privacy legislation, the emailing of personal and medical data is prohibited.
However, as a patient, you remain the owner of your own results and therefore have the right to access your medical data.
To facilitate this right, you as a patient can view your medical data at any time via the following platforms: Your results will be available for viewing on these platforms one day after the report has been finalised in our LIS.
In addition to laboratory results, other information such as therapeutic relationships, medical imaging, vaccinations, medication schedules, and file logging will also be available on the My Health and CoZo platforms.
All the necessary information regarding logging in and using My Health and CoZo can be found on their websites.
Both My Health and CoZo are also available via smartphone apps.
